We take the time with you that has never been taken before in order to create a complete Family Health History, Individual Medical History, full Lifestyle Assessments aggregated and synthesized from dozens of the top assessments, neuro-cognitive testing, behavioral change assessments, mental & emotional wellness, and more.
CREATE PRECISION HEALTH BASELINE
We get it all once, update it as necessary, and protect it for you if and when you ever want it. It is otherwise impossible to run reliable analytics and generate individual health risk and protective insights for your new specialist team to assess and discuss with you.
