Cookies also help us understand and cater to our users’ interests, ultimately enhancing your experience on our site. - Sharing
We may share aggregate demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This information is not connected to any personally identifiable details that could reveal who you are.
For order fulfillment and payment processing, we rely on third-party service providers, such as shipping companies and credit card processors. These service providers only receive the information necessary to complete their function and are prohibited from using it for unrelated purposes.
When offering specific services through a third-party partner, we only share the user’s name and the contact information required for them to deliver these services. Such third parties are restricted from using your personal information for any other reason than to provide the services we have requested.
- Links
Our website includes links to external sites. Precision Health is not accountable for the privacy measures employed by these other websites. We advise you to stay alert when you leave our site and to review the privacy policies of every website you visit that may collect personal information. - Newsletter
To sign up for our newsletter, we require users to provide contact details like their name and email address.
- Surveys & Contests
Occasionally, our website may conduct surveys or hold contests that invite user participation. Engaging in these activities is entirely optional, and users can choose whether they want to provide the requested information. The information we might ask for can include contact details (like name and shipping address) and demographic data (such as zip code and age range). We use the contact information solely to contact winners and distribute prizes. Data collected from surveys are used to better understand user engagement and enhance their overall experience with our website.

If the friend wishes to have their information removed from our database, they can contact Precision Health at [email protected] with such a request.
- Supplementation of Information
Our website improves personalization by merging details of our users’ purchasing behaviors with similar data from our partners, allowing us to craft a customized user profile. When you make a purchase from any of our partner companies, they gather and share that purchase data with us. This collaborative approach aids us in fine-tuning our website to better match your preferences.
- SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (which vary depending on the sensitivity of the personal information) designed to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction of your personal information.
Our website is dedicated to safeguarding our users’ personal information. Both online and offline measures are in place to protect any sensitive data submitted through our website. When users are prompted to input sensitive details (like credit card numbers or social security numbers) on our Registration or Order Form, this information is secured using robust encryption technology – specifically, SSL (Secure Socket Layer). You can recognize you are on a secure page, such as the Order Form, when the lock icon in your web browser (including Google Chrome, Netscape Navigator, or Microsoft Internet Explorer) appears locked, contrasting with the unlocked icon seen during regular browsing.
Not only do we implement SSL encryption to safeguard sensitive information online, but we also exhaust all avenues to protect user information offline. Every piece of user data, sensitive or otherwise, is confined to our offices. Access to personally identifiable information is granted exclusively to employees who require it for their specific duties, such as our billing clerks or customer service representatives. These employees must ensure their screensavers are password-protected whenever they leave their desks, and they must enter their password again to regain access to your information upon their return. Additionally, all staff members are continuously educated about our security and privacy protocols. They receive reminders and updates every quarter and with the introduction of new policies, emphasizing the significance we place on privacy and the steps necessary to protect our customers’ data. The servers storing personal data are maintained in a secure environment.
For any inquiries concerning the security of our website, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described above will depend on the personal information concerned, applicable laws, and the specific context in which we collect it.
However, we will normally collect personal information from you only: (i) where we need the personal information to perform a contract with you (such as to provide our Services); (ii) where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your rights; or (iii) where we have your consent to do so. In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you or may otherwise need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person.
If we ask you to provide personal information to comply with a legal requirement or to perform a contract with you, we will make this clear at the relevant time and advise you whether the provision of your personal information is mandatory or not (as well as of the possible consequences if you do not provide your personal information).

We may have other legitimate interests, and we will make clear to you at the relevant time what those legitimate interests are.
